From “My Forums” click on the course forums you want to view:
Then click on your individual forum:
Fill out a new topic title and the message you want to start out the conversation with. You can choose to check whether you want to receive emails when someone replies to your topic. When done, click the “Submit” button and wait for the page to update:
That’s it, you just posted your first discussion topic!
