Week 1: Do you need strong behaviors that hold up in the face of distractions? This week we learn how to get there using fluency training or what the Breeland’s originally called “over training”.

Week 2: “My dog knows this”, is not allowed on this class. We work on getting stimulus control of behaviors this week, an often overlooked part of training.

Week 3: I want my behaviors here, there and everywhere!  If that’s your goal then you will enjoy this week’s lesson on generalization.

Week 4: Many trainers underestimate the importance of the stimulus picture to the dog when training.  “Dogs are pictures”-Bob Bailey.  Have you made a plan to address this?  This week we will see how important that is.

Week 5: How to use fun matches/show ‘N gos and ring rentals to strengthen your behaviors.  We also discuss making sure they are benefiting your training and not hurting it.

Week 6: Building a training plan is a must for good training! Of you don’t have a plan you won’t know what to do when thing go really well or start to go badly.
