Bio

My name is Margaret Simek and I first started training dogs over 20 years ago. I have tried many different training methods over the years and have realized that there are kind, effective training methods that really work.  I work hard at having happy dogs, thus my business name.   I always strive to have the owner and the dog enjoy training.

I have trained dogs for competition obedience, hunting, tracking, family dog skills, Nosework and trick training.  I currently compete with my 8 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, who just earned her Champion Tracker title, her UDX, Obedience Master 4, and competed in the AKC Obedience Invitational.  I also compete with my rescued American Staffordshire Terrier, Spice, who just completed her UD title and earned her first OTCH point.  I also am owned by a Siberian Husky, Jace, who is our biggest fan!
